This class is limited to 6 children

       The Gourmet Group will be holding a participation class on making lettuce wraps for children 9-12 years of age at the home of Cynthia Griffin. 
       Christina Clark, a budding young chef and Cynthia’s niece, will be teaching, and the participants will work in teams. Lettuce wraps are one of Christina’s specialties. 
       The class will also learn how to make Shirley Temples/Rob Roys, and the children will enjoy the fruits of their labor for lunch.
       Each child should bring an apron and a cutting board.
       If your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew would like to participate, please send your check for $15.00 for each child by July 8 to: Cynthia Griffin, P. O. Box 15190, Fernandina Beach, FL 32035.

Directions: Ocean Reach is south of Sadler and north of Simmons off Will Hardee. Coming north on Will Hardee, it is the first left. After turning into the subdivision, take the first right onto Eastwind, and then the first left onto Windswept Oak. Cynthia’s house is the last one on the left.
